Fuck, I really relate to the stuff I write

So if yer anything like me, you're surrounded by a non-stop torrent of chaos and stupidity that's been going on for years and most likely 'll continue on for the rest of your life. You've tried to free yourself from it, and you've actually succeeded in this to certain degree, you've beaten your own demons back and actually ACHEIVED a moderate degree of "inner peace". The problem is though, all your other friends and family, they haven't beaten SHIT, and everytime you're around them, you just slowly(or sometimes QUICKLY) just get pulled back down into the craziness. This is because you are emotionally attached to these people and when they fuck up their lives and are horribly miserable, gee.....you feel bad to. These are people you can't just abadon and never see again, you are "stuck" with them....

Anyway, IN this environment where escaping your problems is extremely hard, if not impossible, what do you DO? How do you cope(insert Mandy Moore movie reference here).......

Whelp, here are a few tips on how to do just that:

1.Develop a WICKED, WICKED sense of humor.... Take your worst pain, make a joke about it....laugh because it's true..... you'll feel better.....

2.Learn how STOP; TAKE A STEP BACK; AND JUST EMOTIONALLY DETACH YOURSELF FROM THE SITUATION... When things are too much and it feels like yer in over head, just STOP, analyse the situation, think about what's really going on and what yer really doing. Don't just completely turn off your emotions, but don't let them CONTROL YOU and dictate all your decisions for you........

3.ARTISTIC EXPRESSION.......nothing'll make the horror easier to deal with than producing some kind "art" that addresses the issues to some degree(like this post). Seriously, creative artistic expression is 100% a necesity for both people with emotional problems or people that have to DEAL WITH "troubled folk". Whatever it is, music, writing, faggy painting; it doesn't matter WHAT it is specifically, just SOME kind of "art"

4.Obviously, you can talk to people about it, yer close friends and family members, but when they're the ones that are causing your problems and they're even LESS centered than you....Who knows...... TALKING about it is clearly the most healthy solution, but sadly, on it's own, it's usually not enough to get the job done............

5.Professional Help:if yer lucky they'll help you....But if you have complex problems and aren't stupid, you can go through years of that shit and not be any better........

6.Get a good night's sleep:Nothing multiplies your problems and makes them seem worse than having to reflect upon them after having not slept a wink the night before......

7.Drinking:just be careful with it.....

8.The stuff HARDER than drinking:ehhhhh, that stuff's NEVER a good way to "cope"

So basically, follow those tips you'll stave off insanity/despair for as long as possible.......

9.Don't pretend to be above it, we all know why yer here.... If you are reading these words than this IS about you...........
